Zava now asking for photo ID

Hi all, I've jsut completed my 2.5mg Mounjaro and was looking forward to getting the 5mg. I ordered via Zava, as I did for the 2.5 but this time they've asked for photo ID, which I don't have as my passport's being replaced.

Is there any company that doesn't require photo ID?

I order with Asda, which is Zava behind the scenes, and they have not yet asked for photo id.

Zava asked me for photo ID 3 months ago when I first ordered with them. I used my driving licence. You could ask if an expired passport would be ok or maybe a work ID badge?
