Has anyone stopped and maintained the weightloss?

Has anyone successfully lost their desired weight and stopped the injections and kept the weight off?

I hope so 😅 I really don't want to be going back up after I've lost weight.

Personally, I now realise that I need far fewer calories at 32 than when I was an extremely active 20 year old.

I also realise that I need to move more, I got out of exercise and forgot how good it makes me feel. I also need to make sure I prioritise sleep and de-stressing. A stressful first career caused a lot of weight gain and led to other issues that I've now taken time and energy to fix.

Also, hopefully my ADHD will be medicated and stop the mad binge sessions to some degree!

This is the thing that puts me off. I have to address my bad habits first.
