Mounjaro and naproxen

Hi everyone anyone on here on naproxen and had any problems with taking while on Mounjaro as I stopped before just incase but my knee really is hurting now I only took one a day

Hi, I take naproxen twice a day (sometimes more) Been on Mounjaro 14 weeks now & not had any problems with taking it.

I could find any research on people that took it during phase 3 wanted to give the drug a chance to work as they both affect the gut. Will go back on it and see what happen

I take naxproxen as part of my migraine treatment and I haven't noticed any difference since being on MJ

Your knee must be so painful, I noticed a huge difference in my hips etc when I had to come off it for a few weeks. I don't know what phase 3 means, I take omeprazole daily anyway and I've not had any problems. Hope your knee pain subsides. Xx

i work in research sorry lol it’s the phase of the study just before it’s licensed for public use and it shows reactions between drugs and compares the drug too. We are basically the stage 4 as they now will find out what the very long term use will cause fingers crossed it’s fantastic 🤓🤓 I’m on omeprazole too so I hope it’s ok too thank you

Oooh that's good to know, please update on the findings. I was worried about drug interactions with a couple of my medications but didn't even think about Naproxen. X
