If all your food noise etc. stops and your not eating all the time what are you filling your time with? What else creeps into your mind? Have my monjaro in the fridge but too scared to take the plunge!

I'm quite enjoying the peace and quiet! No desire to fill it with anything else right now, although I do seem to have started reading more than I have been recently. So maybe that's related.

Don't be too scared. If you take it, and you get side effects that you don't like, you don't have to take another injection and the drug will leave your system after a week or so.

I’m trying to fill my head with productive thoughts to grow my business.

Slow going so far! 😂

Working in the garden. Obsessing over keeping chickens and learning about permaculture. Just generally being more active naturally and taking up new hobbies and interests.

I was very sedentary and a bit depressed earlier this year due to extenuating circumstances that are no longer an issue so it isn't all MJ. But losing weight has helped me feel more energetic.

I have started walking with my SIL 2 nights a week (even in the rain!) We have only built up to a couple of miles as SIL struggles with her joints (even more than me!) but coming from completely sedentary for both of us it is good to get outdoors and moving a bit and hope to increase pace/distance over time.

Then I go out walking with my niece and her dogs 1 night a week and we do around 3 miles which is a lot for me but I enjoy it (and sleep well that night!)

I’ve been out a bit more, been reading a bit more and keeping up with chores a bit more. My life isn’t being dominated by food or weight loss noise at the minute and I’m loving it 😊

Honestly, I think I'm going to come off mumsnet and get on with all the things I say I need to do.

I seem to have replaced food noise with my phone so starting Monday when dd finally starts school, it's phone down and crack on with life rather than waste all of time on my phone!

That is a good tip. I'm a bit obsessed with reading about mounjaro ATM, after a couple weeks on it I'll have to put the phone down!

Yes Ive been reading through stuff on here and I've realised I'm wasting hours then it's bed time and I've haven't done anything productive!

I look around my house, and there is so much to do beyond the basic stuff I do every day, yet I seem to have "no time" b ut my phone report tells me I'm spending hours on my phone!!

Utter madness so it's time for a digital detox!

I also want to start exercising again too! I used to exercise 6 days a weeks and i feel so tired on mj that I'm hoping it will help.
