Mounjaro - Zavamed - missed dose

Has anyone else ordered from Zavamed? I ordered my second pen of Mounjaro from Zavamed last Tuesday, they did not require photos this time but it has still taken them over a week to send it out - it will be arriving today, Thursday so it's taken 9 days from ordering to taking delivery so I have missed this weeks dose.

I was due to take it Sunday, I managed to get a little bit more out of my original pen and had a smaller dose on Tuesday - can I take the normal dose when it arrives today (Thursday) or should I wait until Sunday and start again?

Also, has anyone had extreme thirst and dry mouth with MJ? And heartburn?

What dose is your second pen, is it 2.5mg or is it 5mg?

To clarify, it was 9 days after your last dose that you did the Tuesday dose, and you don't know what dose you did then but probably less than 2.5mg, is that right?

There should be at least 3 days between injections, and I would assume that what you injected on Tuesday was 2.5mg just to be on the safe side. So injecting before Friday isn't sensible. Injecting 2.5mg on Sunday would seem to be the safest option, and then you'd be back on your previous schedule.
