When to do it, best time of day

I've got my mounjaro pen ready to go, but I'm worried about when the worst side effects will hit me. I work in a school, we've gone back already so thought I'd do it tomorrow so effects hit my worst over the weekend and hopefully not during a lesson.

When did the side effects hit you, how many hours after. Was thinking should I do before work and assume it won't hit me til later in the day, or should I wait til I get home?

It's not a certainty that you will experience gastric upset as a side effect. I didn't until I was on a higher dose than the initial 2.5 mg. I just had appetite suppression and a very tiny bit of nausea. Even when I had some gastric upset I think it was actually a reaction to some dodgy food that took some time to calm down.

Maybe inject on Friday after work, in the evening and then you will have the whole weekend to see how you're getting on.
