Mounjaro has the best evidence for results. There are lots of providers, some offer coaching and support, some don't. I'm with Voy and benefit from their coaching alongside the injection. There are loads of discount codes in the mounjaro discount code thread (including mine for Voy!) for whoever you choose to go with.
