I ordered my first pen of mounjaro. Decided to use Zava in the end - partly because they are apparently the ones supplying Asda and Super drug, but the cost direct was cheaper. I did use a discount code, but that wasn't the deciding factor.
It felt too easy to order at first - no proof required, etc. But then got the email asking for photos and felt more reassured.
I was taking ozempic last year, and I would say I wasn't very mindful of what I ate. I 💩 myself a couple of times, and even vommed once in a park. Mortifying. And the sulphur burps 🤢
Obviously don't want to be in that position again. Last year I was WFH every day so it was less embarrassing, but now I work in an office 4 days a week. I can't be 💩 myself again 🙈
Any advice for what foods to avoid? Any supplements it might be good to take? I do heat Mounjaro has fewer side effects. Has anyone who has done both found that to be the case.
I did lose about 2 stone on ozempic but then there were supply issues and I was paying over £200 for the starter dose with My Juniper.
