I pick up my order tomorrow and im about to start. I have a BMI of 36 so it needs to be done really.. Ive started my diet and lost about 6 lb so far..

I am a bit nervous of actually injecting the pen, never done anything like this before..

I ordered from Asda Online doctor.

You won't even feel it go in. Stay calm a breathe through it, follow the instructions. Make sure you buy plenty of healthy foods and drinks.

Track your calories using My Fitness Pal, make sure you eat!! Don't starve! And drink loads of water.

Same as above really. Read all of the instruction leaflet carefully. I promise you will doubt whether it went in as you really don't feel it.

Mine arrived today, but can't decide when to take it. I have a busy few weeks coming up but also don't want to delay losing weight any longer.

Mine arrives at some point today - think I’m going to start tonight

Snozzlemaid · 21/08/2024 09:55

Good luck.
Don't be afraid of just how far you have to twist the pen out to get to number 1.
I was sure I was doing it wrong the first time and thought I must have missed it.

morbidcuriosity · 21/08/2024 11:15

Thanks Snozzlemaid.. This is why im quite glad i watched a video, as i would feel i was doing it wrong.

How are you getting on? I want to start today hopefully

I'm on week 9. it soon becomes second nature :)
I really struggle to eat for a couple days after injection. I have protein shakes, nuts, fruit, vegetables. Stay clear of stodgy carbs= stomach pains for me. Electrolytes as water alone doesn't provide everything the body needs. daily vitamins.
Good Luck

Do it.. start today.. its great, no longer hungry or craving foods.. I now have to think about eating instead of just stuffing my face.. so you think of healthy choices.. my hunger has gone , had a bit of constipation but that's gone now.

Honestly best decision I've made trying this..
