Can't download the voy app?

When I click on my account on the website I'm told to download an app (apple). I have an android phone.

I downloaded the voy app from Google play and it asks me to log in but there's nowhere to register or create an account so I can't.

I've been in a queue for aaaaages trying to talk to an agent but I need to crack on with life so can't sit waiting for more hours.

Any advice on how to get into the android app?

Looking at it now, top right to skip through the 'are you eligible' stuff and then it takes you to a log in page. You should have a log in name/email and password for setting up your account to purchase in the first place. 🤞that works!
