Hi, I am very motivated to succeed in this journey. I have been struggling with my weight since lockdowns, need to lose nearly 3 stones.
I have done my injection today in the morning, so far I feel slightly tired and I can already feel my appetite to suppress. Such a strange feeling, very new for me. I would normally grab food without thinking about it, now I tried to eat my breakfast and I had to force myself to do it. I am really excited and I am looking forward to what the journey brings.

I do mine on a Monday evening.. then if I'm tired l can sleep.. if any side effects can sleep through them.
I'm doing my 3rd injection tonight.. touch wood no side effects yet.. but l do realise 2.5 mg is just the loading doses to get your body use to it.. but I've lost 8 pounds in two weeks.
I bought peppermint oil capsules ( in case of wind).
Ginger tea ( in case of nausea).
Collagen for the skin .
I already take magnesium and Vit D and B12.
Remember plenty of water and protein foods
Good luck on your journey x

Hi, I got mine from Numan pharmacy. Got it approved within 5 hours and delivered within 2 days.

I got mine from Voy ( I can message you a discount code if you'd like one) and I do my jab on a Saturday morning. I figured that would let me rest if I had any side effects before work on Mondays. I also travel a lot for work and the day I took my first jab I was really worried as away for the whole of the following week but so far, no side effects and I have just taken my 4th jab.
I use MCT oil powder and collagen and I also have electrolytes. Turmeric for inflammation.
I'll be going up a dose this Saturday and then I am on holiday for a week so hopefully the no side effects will continue.
I really hope it works for you. I am very impressed so far.

@piscofrisco I started last week. I get mine from Voy too. There are tons of codes floating around (there's actually a thread specifically for them) or I'm happy to PM one.

Voy were really quick in processing me and I basically went from deciding to do it to getting approved to it being dispatched within 12 hours. Which is great but I hadn't done much research before so hadn't bought any of the supplements etc that people recommend. Touch wood though, I've had no side effects yet (now on day 6) and have definitely felt that my appetite has been suppressed (at least until today!)

Ifonlyiweretaller · 05/08/2024 22:56

@pateandbrie what supplements are these please? I find it hard to get definitive information as there are so many threads on here 😊

piscofrisco · 06/08/2024 08:28

Thankyou I've ordered from Numan

Hi! I started my journey today. Happy to share progress with you. So far I feel quite similar to you, not much difference but maybe a bit more tired and dehydrated than usual. Could absolutely be placebo effect at this point too lol

pateandbrie · 06/08/2024 19:22

@Ifonlyiweretaller I've seen all sorts of things mentioned, the ones that seem to come up the most are multivitamins (I do at least take those!), collagen, electrolytes, magnesium, and psyllium husk (for constipation!). There's also chat about protein shakes, clear whey drinks... I haven't done any of this I just jumped in. I am trying to keep protein levels up though - on day seven now and eating is ok but the first few days it was a struggle to eat anything.

Also some people say they've gone off wine. I don't think that has happened for me!!

Ifonlyiweretaller · 06/08/2024 20:39

thanks @pateandbrie that's really helpful. I do take a few vitamins & have bought some 'smart'water which apparently has electrolytes in it.
I'm same as you re the wine though - despite nearly 3 weeks on it it hasn't stopped me partaking Wink. I am addressing this though as I haven't touched any sugar at all apart for the wine, and it's a poor reason to stall the weigh loss.

pateandbrie · 06/08/2024 20:43

It is and usually it's the first thing I stop when I try to lose weight. For some reason I haven't this time though, I'm not sure why! Must address this.

@Joaneczka how are you doing?
