When during the week do your symptoms (if any) peak?

I took my first injection today. I am starting a new job shortly and don't want any side effects to impact my performance. I thought Friday was a good injection day as it would give me the weekend each week if I have any initial nausea etc.

However, for those of you that have side effect (specificlly nausea/bowelchanges), when do they usually kick in? First couple of days? You don't get any? Thoughout the week? I know we are all different but interested to hear your experiences.

On 2.5 I was injecting on a Friday and would get diarrhoea on a Tuesday without fail. Nothing on 5 as yet though!

@hoarahloux How bad was the diarrhoea? Are we talking loose stools or having to rush to the toilet?

A mix. I took imodium a couple of times so I could sleep and that cleared it up.

I take mine on Sundays and on Mondays I feel a little queasy and generally 'off' and my mood crashes to seriously depressed. On Tuesdays my mood is back to normal again (so weird!). I also feel exhausted Monday - Wednesday.

I've recently had diarrhea and tummy pains 48 hours or so after injecting. Had no issues on the lower dose.
