How long to get approval from medexpress

Hello I offered on Monday from med express to start Mounjaro. On Tuesday they asked for a photo which I sent straight away. I still haven’t heard anything. How long did it take for you to get approved?

From reading this forum and a few others, I think they have a backlog due to demand.
I ordered yesterday lunchtime with all docs submitted and was hoping to get it by tomorrow but it doesn't bode well for me that you are still waiting.
I have read that usually you are approved by the next day.

I'm ordering tomorrow, what photo do they need?

They asked for a full body photo face on so they can see head to toe

It is a full body shot.
I had to upload that and a copy of ID at the time of ordering.
I didn't order and then later they asked for it.
Not sure if people are not just asked for a photo at the time of ordering or if they bypass the screen somehow and then Med Express ask for it later.

Its based on your bmi so its needs to be 30 or more to get stringed or 27 if you have a health condition like diabetes, high blood pressure or high cholesterol.

I keep refreshing the order, hoping the prescription would have been approved :(

I think I’ll email them as have been waiting since Monday.

I've been waiting since Sunday (4th order with them). Emailed this morning but no answer.

Must be some backlog.
Wish I had ordered with someone else now.

I've just been approved. Not sent out yet though

I ordered last Thursday, sent pics etc the same day. Didn't hear anything until Saturday when it was approved, despatched Sunday received on Tuesday.

Hey i have finally been approved! Just to recap for ease anyone searching this I ordered Monday they asked for photo and id Tuesday and Thursday they approved. Just waiting for dispatch the email said it can take 1 day to dispatch.

I ordered 2.5 with Medexpress on Monday with pic and ID.

Just checked and still awaiting approval. Does anyone know if this is a recent problem, they seem legit ...

Received an email from them this morning confirming that there are delays due to unprecedented demand.

Looking through old posts on forums this seems to be a common occurrence since MJ was licensed for use so I don't know why it is unprecedented. They just can't cope with the no of orders they receive. Especially for 1st timers who need a prescription authorised.
I guess this is because they look to be the cheapest online for the 1st pen when using a discount code. I am being impatient!, but I think is a good point for anyone new who is looking to use Med Express.

Mine said dispatched last night and the tracking is still saying royal mail are expecting it 🙄Bet it turns up warm

Mine has also been dispatched with expected delivery date of Monday! Thought it was on ice will that be ok?

Did you choose the 24 hour or 48 hour delivery?
If you chose the 24 hour, I think you may get it tomorrow.

I didn’t get a choice it says Royal Mail tracked 24hr.

Mine is still on royal mail expecting the package. Anyone else having any luck?

Mine has just been delivered. Ice packs melted but still cold.
