Flying with Mounjaro pen

Has anyone done this and did you have any trouble at the airport or at destination airport/cutoms etc. and did you keep it cold for the flight and put in firdge at other end?

as someone who used to fly with heparin injections in my hand luggage regularly, I really would not worry as security never, ever noticed...

I have flown with my pen several times now - from the US internationally as well as within the US. Recently flew in and out of the UK.

No issues, but some things to remember:

1. Pack it in your hand luggage, cannot go in the hold, as it could freeze
2. Make sure you can keep it below 30 degrees as you travel
3. I take my prescription with me, just incase, but have never been asked for it

I flew hand luggage only last week. Put the pen in my liquids and took the box with the prescription sticker on it as better safe than sorry. No questions asked.

I haven't worried about temperature as I haven't gone anywhere hot and I won't have it on the go for another 30 days.

I think the biggest issue for me would be that I would ideally need to take a second pen with me for this trip but then that would not be refrigerated and because I only want to start it part way through would need more than 30 days use. So I have extended my jabs to 8 days per time meaning I only need a new pen when I get back to the UK.
