Mounjaro Superdrug help

Hey all. Having issues getting in contact with Superdrug after getting approved for mounjaro online. On my royal mail tracking it says they sent it next day delivery on Monday, but no further updates since then. Does this mean it’s unusable now if they sent out Monday as it’s meant to be cooled? I’ve tried emailing and calling Superdrug but it’s impossible to get through.

anyone else you would recommend? And anyone else had issues with Superdrug? It was my first dose and a lot of money for me, so feeling stressed about it.

I would definitely be asking for a refund or a new pen sending. Mounjaro can only be kept up to 30 days at a temperature not above 30 °C and then the KwikPen must be discarded.

thank you @Time4changeagain they were one of the more expensive options, i thought because they offered better ‘support’, but turns out you can’t get through to any sort of customer service!

That’s ridiculous! What if it was urgent ‼️ Id them that’s the ONLY reason you decided to purchase from them and ask for a refund. You can ask any pharmacist that prescribes to you any questions that you have. Most people on here can tell you what their experience has been obviously it’s not medical advice but it’s very helpful as some have been talking it a while now.

Ive ordered through medexpress and zava with no issues.
If you decide to switch, Zava is one of the cheaper ones at the moment - 2.5mg and 5mg work out at £122 each after a 15% discount code is applied. I switched to them from med express.

I think it's a royal mail issue rather than super drug. I'm having the same issue,was dispatched Thursday and looking like Monday delivery. I might move to a company that doesn't use Royal Mail next time.

I’ve had medication delivered from Superdrug before and I’ve found a 1 day delay between when they say it would be delivered and when RM delivered.

I tend to use them more like click and collect and pick it up from on of their pharmacies.

Perhaps request a new pen to pick up at a pharmacy if you have one near you.

Thanks all and for the offer code. I really want to order elsewhere now but I’m nervous they won’t refund me so feel like I’ve got to wait it out. This is what Royal Mail says btw (attached). Really want to join in on the mounjaro fun, but stuck with Superdrug’s crap customer service for now.

So they haven’t received it from Superdrug yet… Did you get an email saying they had dispatched or just that your order was approved?

@Time4changeagain the last email from them was that it was approved and would be delivered between Tuesday and Friday, but then the Royal Mail link updated on the Monday eve with the above image saying the sender had dispatched.

absolutely kicking myself now - just seen the recent trust pilot reviews, looks like people aren’t getting their orders or any message back

oh no way! You could ask your bank to do a chargeback, I’m not sure how long that process takes but it’s an option if you can’t get intouch or receive anything from Superdrug

Finally got a reply today… basically saying they would chase up the pharmacy hub that sent it. No timescales or further details. And no offer to send a replacement like I asked, or even acknowledge my questions around how suitable it would be now it’s been almost 7 days since it was meant to have been sent out!

safe to say I will be changing providers and never giving Superdrug my money again!

That tracking info means a label has been created, not that it's actually been despatched or received by Royal Mail so my guess would be that they will pick up your query and despatch one so not to worry about it being ruined.

Still crappy service though.
