Help.. can't get my pen to work

Second injection due today & can't get the pen to inject! It's like it's stuck.
So I dialled it to 1 showing in the window, inserted into abdomen and then can't push the plunger down. Tried different needles.

Totally confused... am I doing something wrong? First injection worked fine ( although was stiff to push in)

Any suggestions would be great.

It's an Asda pen if that makes any difference

All sorted .. tried another needle and worked fine

Was just coming in to say try another needle. My first was like this then the second needle too although it suddenly unjammed and squirted out wasting a dose, possibly two not sure.
