Pcos and weight loss

Really thinking about ordering injections. I have pcos and finding it impossible to lose weight. Does anyone take this to help with their pcos? And where's best to order from? Thanks

I have pcos, and take metformin and myo iniositol on advice of gynaecologist.
Initially I lost half a stone, but then plateaud and started gaining again.
I done keto, again lost some, before plateau and gaining again.
I'm about to order my 3rd Mounjaro pen. I'm losing roughly 1.5lbs a week. I've stopped the metformin and my periods are regulating beautifully.
Give it a go.

i took a couple of weeks to take the plunge & im so glad I did. I too have tried myo-iniositol along side calorie counting, meal replacement shakes etc but never managed to stick at it. I don’t actually feel as though I’m on a diet because I’ve eaten what I want BUT have eaten a lot less and not snacked at all… I just don’t think about it, it’s strange.
If you do decide to order the “continuing Mounjaro” thread has so much advice and there’s always someone who will answer any questions you have 😀

Can I ask how much you have been losing?

i have lost a stone so far, I took my 4th dose of 2.5 on Thursday

Even thought I’d read all the success stories and the great results people were having on here, I still expected not to lose anything! I’m over the moon 😀
