Wegovy/mounjaro if you suffer ibs

Hi all
Just spent five weeks on mounjaro and lost 17 pounds which I was thrilled about as literally nothing else has worked to stop me eating constantly
However it has caused severe constipation to the point I was worried about getting a blockage. Does anyone know if wegovy is gentler on the tummy? I haven't had anything for a couple of weeks now and the cravings and blood sugar spikes are back I'm also so so hungry
Any advice and experiences welcome

Wegovy/Ozempic is like that for me. I really suffered in the first couple of months but then it settled down a bit. I ate loads of prunes and dates but still only went about once a week.

It did however make a change from my usual IBS which causes me to be on the toilet multiple times a day.

It's the same on Wegovy. Look at prunes or gentle laxatives as needed.

You're right to make sure you don't get blocked up.
