Pharmacy 2 you cancelling my order - no explanation - anyone else?

Ordered my first Mounjaro pen 4 weeks age without issue. Completed consultation to get 5mg pen for this month and order has been declined without explanation - they have taken £185 from my account though!!
The message section says something about an alternative prescription being available if I want to buy that, but when I click on the link I get a ' consultation expired' message.
I haven't had an SMS message telling me there was a message waiting, and when I saw the payment had been taken I assumed all was well!
Anyone else had similar?
(Since ordered with Voy, but still...)

Get in touch with them via live chat or phone. They do a call back which I used when accidentally ordering the wrong medication (Wegovy rather than Mounjaro).

I got my refund and a new order sorted.

I've rung them twice (no option for live chat/email as far as I can see!)
They don't know why prescription was declined, it was approved initially but later refused which they don't understand.
They're insisting that the charge is a pre-authorisation only despite the fact that the money left my account last Friday. They say it can take a week to reverse the "pre-authorisation" so we'll see tomorrow! I'm not confident...

I ordered my first 2 pens with Pharmacy2U. I realised that they hadn't sent me a reminder to get my 3rd pen, which was a bit irritating, but when I did order it, they declined me. No reason given, they didn't even email me, just cancelled it.
I emailed them asking why and they just said that 'I wasn't suitable', which makes zero sense, as, quite clearly, I was.
I've switched suppliers now (obviously!).

I had this problem too, the money had left my account! But was showing as pending. So I called them and on hold forever until option for a call back given. In fairness when they called back they did sort things out via a refund but it took a while for the amount showing as still pending to leave account to disappear.

Do you they contact your GP, as perhaps in the interim they have advised that it isn't suitable?

I suspect the gp isn't allowed to communicate with them as you haven't given permission so probably not that.

My gp got my letter from medexpress and advised me to tell medexpress of a pre existing condition. My gp has not informed medexpress as that would be a breach of gdpr.

Seems a bit odd here that it's pharmacy 2 u cancelling orders. Maybe they have stock issues or something very strange

Was able to get pen from Voy (had to provide evidence of first prescription and photo) without any issue.
Still no idea what the problem was!
