Ordered my first Mounjaro pen 4 weeks age without issue. Completed consultation to get 5mg pen for this month and order has been declined without explanation - they have taken £185 from my account though!!
The message section says something about an alternative prescription being available if I want to buy that, but when I click on the link I get a ' consultation expired' message.
I haven't had an SMS message telling me there was a message waiting, and when I saw the payment had been taken I assumed all was well!
Anyone else had similar?
(Since ordered with Voy, but still...)
