Moving injection day on mounjaro

I’m a long time lurker here, I find the threads very helpful.
I’m on mounjaro and currently inject on a Thursday, but I think I’d like to change the day to Sunday. Would you bring it a day earlier each week, so jab after 6 days, or leave a day extra so jab every 8 days, or should I go more slowly than that ?
I’m on 5mg at the moment, so would probably change the day and get that in place before I start upping the dose.

I would just wait until the Sunday in one go (so 10 days).
I found myself getting too hungry in that time I would inject, but I couldn’t be faffed with changing by one day each week.

alternatively inject a half dose on Thursday to get you through until Sunday
