Two weddings - Can I wear the same dress?

I'm looking at the new David Emanuel range here and wondered if I splashed out and bought the beautiful red floral dress and cream jacket can I wear them to both wedding this year. Some of the same people will be there, does anyone really remember?

Yes it is correct - David Emanuel collection for Bonmarche. I bought something from it on Monday and nice it is too and does it matter how much it cost?

It's splashing out if you're a bit skint. Not everyone on S&B has a massive budget.

My wedding was 6 months after my sister’s - our mum wore the same outfit to both. She said it wasn’t her fault her only daughters had both decided to get married at the same time. Even though lots of the guests were the same nobody said anything (I doubt they even noticed tbh).

I also had a friend who was pregnant over one summer when she had 3 or 4 weddings to go to - she wore the same dress to all of them because she wasn’t going to pay for more than one fancy maternity dress.

Of course you can. I doubt that people would even notice, but even if they did, so what ?
Perfectly normal thing to do.

I have a single “wedding guest” dress I wear to all weddings. It’s expensive and it fits me well and I love it. No one has ever commented.

About 20 years ago I wore the same dress to 5 weddings and my PhD graduation one summer; 4 weddings the following summer, and 3 christenings the following summer. If anyone noticed or cared, they didn't say anything.

Do it, I wore the same dress to 4 of my brothers weddings no one mentioned a thing.

it is really wasteful to buy a new dress each time.
