To think I won't ever get my dress sorted

The stress is amounting and I can't take much more.
I tried my dress on this morning, the bust area is too big it gaps if I stand to the side.
I've already taken it to two seamstress who says they can't help as it's a zip and an illusion back so can't add in a corset or anything.
I've spent most the afternoon in tears and have been searching dresses for sale on fb but they are all well out of budget.
I've already had a horrible disaster with my venue cancelling my booking but keeping my money, the car company I used has gone bust and my cake maker will now be on holiday 😭😭😭😭

Yes if you shortened the straps it would shorten the (small) gap. And honestly, tit tape would definitely help, I had exactly the same problem with a ball gown once and tit taped it to high mercy, no one knew. But yes, if it’s tight over the hips it won’t help as the dress naturally won’t be able to pull down, honestly though, I would search online for a seamstress who could at the v least shorten the straps for you (any seamstress should be able to do that) I would then ring around bridal shops in your nearest city and ask for contact details for their seamstress. Explain your situation.

My dress had an illusion back and I couldn’t wear a bra but I wanted a bit of oomph so I got a sticky on chicken fillet bra from Debenhams.

Get plain white iced cakes from M&S add a ribbon in you mr weddingcolour, sprinklebwith edible glitter and add your topper. If all the tiers are on a stand it’ll look lovely.
