Warmer weather on it's way

Happy Easter to those that celebrate :)

It looks like we are going to have a lovely week across much of the UK with temps beginning to climb on Monday. By the end of the week, unless things change drastically we could see 20C in one or two favoured spots.

Lovely day in London yesterday but forecast says rain on Saturday morning. Please tell me it's not true! I've got 13 3-5 year olds coming at 11 for a birthday party and was banking on being in the garden.

Lovely day today but all change tomorrow apparently.
A drop of 12 degrees was mentioned but nor sure about rain.
Was more interested in the smog warning for asthmatics, but afternoon brought a strong breeze which improved the air quality greatly I am relieved to say.

Bit peeved about the extent of the cooling down forecast and hope they have it wrong.

Has been lovely here (Leicester), temperature reached 21.8C just before 4pm and have just had our 1st BBQ of the year. Forecast to be cooler this weekend (still sunny though after some rain overnight) and then looks like warm weather returns next week.

We've had a lovely week and I've just checked out Monday's forecast for Northants. Looking good! It's DD1's 21st birthday surely she started Reception class last September and we might be able to get the BBQ going as she appears to have invited most of her school friends and half her uni friends for cocktails.

Gloria is right, this weekend is but a hiccup. Hooray for lovely weather!
