Possible Auroras tonight

G2 storm in progress according to Spaceweather, although Aurorawatch is not showing much - Photo from Skye already posted on the Aurorawatch Flickr group...

Bugger, I didn't know about this - people not far from here saw them last night apparently. Is there likely to be more activity tonight, does anyone know?

OYBBK - They didn't appear here either - I so want to see them.

Some fabulous pictures here. I didn't realise they could be seen as far south as Gloucestershire. Am very of those that saw/have seen them.

Thanks Gloria, I've just signed up. Not sure there's anything doing tonight sadly. I'm absolutely desperate to see them, went to Iceland last year and missed a spectacular display by 12 hours apparently.

Fingers crossed they'll come again soon!
