Seriously, Winter can just go now.

4 months of cold, grey and wet weather and I've had enough.

Is there any sign of things warming up in the not too distant future? The Met office has Hampshire on sub zero - +3 degrees for the next few days and frankly that isn't good enough .

So it's just me who's wasting away with the lack of warmth then?

no signs really, just a very very gradual warm through the first week of March (its best to ignore what happens in the ensembles after that :( )

That's a 'it's going to chuck it down' hint isn't it.

What a miserable rainy, grey few months we've had.

Not rain necc, just more of this cold, wet damp Bleuch, but then in mid March a good number of the ensemble members show going colder again after the slight temp rise.

I am losing my will to live - only little dog loves any weather, but pouring rain. But not certain about that as I refused to go out in the only bit we had, assuming she wouldn't either.
Skies were brightening up at mid-day, but the bit of blue sky has been too shy and clouded over.
Still feels very cold at +5 , so still having to dress like an eskimo for little dog's walkies, which I'm fed up with.

At 3pm there were no clouds with a clear blue sky. - still is. But it will be a below freezing night if the skies don't cloud over

Spring doesn't start until the Equinox so you've got a few weeks yet. Meteorological spring starts on the 1st of March though, but not the actual Spring

Well, it was cloudy this morning and + 1 lowest in the night. But now we have SUNSHINE and a hazy sky. Hope it's going to clear into a bright blue sky and stay all day. +5 atm. Slight breeze.

Lovely sunny day and we reached a high of 10.4C at 1.16pm. Think it's downhill a bit for the next few days with a return to cloudy 'meh' weather!

stop it Gloria I moved from Leicester to sunny Jersey. It is 3c here and grey grey cloud. I should have stayed put!

It was nice last week. Cold but lovely and sunny most of the time. That was in N Wales.

Admittedly Hampshire isn't quite so nice this week but there has been a bit of sun and we don't seem to have had rain for ages!

Have to agree, it isn't spring yet. Another 3 weeks of winter to go. Come back in a month and have a moan if the weather hasn't improved although one of the papers was saying it could be like this until Easter.

After yesterday's sunshine, but cold < despite it reaching +9> today is damp and dismal atm. Think it rained in the night.
Lowest temp in the night + 2.8. Now +5.

Still grey in Hampshire but maybe slightly less cold.

Funnys ~ I noticed on the lunchtime weather yesterday that Jersey was forecast to be a bit chilly! It's not so nice for us today though ~ cloudy and 6.7C.

that makes me feel a bit better Gloria. Although I do win still with heavy grey cloud, light drizzle and 3pointfucking6 degrees

Yes, I think we'll go by the usual, well known Equinox.
After hitting 7.2C at 10.29am, our temperatures have dropped to 6.6C!
