Biggest full moon in 2 decades

(Apologies for pinching this; saw this posted in the 'Chat' section and thought we could do with it over here, seeing as we need some clear weather to see it!)

I see it, I see it! Looking lovely with an orange tint to it! It wasn't behind clouds at all; just hadn't risen above the houses yet!
(tjackson ~ DH (who is into cameras, gadgets etc) says that's a good camera and the video is one of the best you can get!

Looks good, very bright around the outside. So is that why I gave birth today, 6 days late?!

Clouds here - gah. I was lying in bed with dd when I did my last post and have just come to the kitchen to look out but can't see anything. Maybe later.

We can see the moon but it is all hazy, as above said....maybe later it will be better.

I've just driven around the streets to get some pics lol. I'm home now watching the rugby but the moon is just rising above the houses opposite so will get some more pics at half time

We have just come home from tea at the outlaws, and had to drive around to get a good view and expalin it to the kids.

Then we got home, put them in bed and discovered DD had an amazing view from her bedroom window!

Just read this and said something to dh about whether it might increase werewolf activity. Forgot 5 yo ds was sitting next to me; he's now too scared to go to sleep and won't believe I was only joking

Peter Andre ~ I looked out early this morning (something like between 1 and 2am) and thought that the moon wasn't looking much bigger; just very much brighter.
