Is this allowed or does it need to be boiled first, than cooled? Sorry if this is a silly question!

What about porridge? No sugar or salt in it unless you add it. DS loves it.

And anyway every time you see someone asking a really old person on TV what their secret for living a long life is, they ALWAYS say porridge
