Alternative to yogurt

Hello,

Where we are now, we are unable to find 100% natural yogurt. Most of the stuff on the supermarket shelves are low fat version, or with added ingredients - sugar, fruit bits, etc.

Are there alternatives to yogurt? Creme fresh, kefir, etc? Definitely not making yogurt at home.

Hmm, MrsBadger - you are much more techy than I am. Am not familiar with Mac at all, cant understand your last two posting. What's expose?

in some versions of MacOs there's a function called Exposé, which, if you hit F9, shows you, all at once, all the windows you've got open

To answer your previous question, to cycle between open windows (like alt+tab on a pc) is ctrl+f4

It's worth having a look through Mac Help-> shortcut lists
