You inspired me. I just gave DS2 his first sandwich. Humous. He's loving it.
He doesn't have any teeth yet though, does this affect what you can put in a 9 month old's sandwich?

I give DS salad to gmaw with his gums but don't think I'd put it in a samdwich - it would drop out anyway

I think my DS's first sandwich was hummus - he liked it off then threw the bread around

ds has beef, lamb, chicken or philadelphia sandwiches.
