My baby is 5 months and EBF. She hates the bottle. I've tried it with freshly expressed milk, not in the same room, when she isn't so hungry, when she's hungry, when she's tired, when she's playful, basically every mood she could be in and she just plays with the teat. Ive tried several bottles too.
ANYWAYS, someone suggested trying an open cup or a sippy cup as she's approaching 6 months.
Has anyone successfully given milk to baby from a cup? She has good head control, but not quite ready for solids just yet. Still a little floppy.
I'm just desperate for a couple of hours without the kids. I can time it when she's napping, but I don't want to be in a situation where she wakes earlier and she's hungry and there's no way of feeding her.
