Should I freeze spare home made turkey burgers raw or cooked?

DH is out tomorrow and so it is just me and DD eating. As the BLW cookbook recipe is for 2 adults and 1 baby then I will have too many burgers.

I was planning on preparing the full amount and saving the spares for DD when DH and I fancy something non-BLW for dinner.

So should I freeze before or after cooking?

If freeze raw - then do I defrost and then cook or can I cook from frozen?

If freeze cooked then I presume defrost in the fridge and then microwave??

I don't think it matters either way as long as the meat has not been previously frozen. If you freeze raw I would defrost first so when you cook them you are sure they are evenly cooked through so its not tough and dry on the edges to ensure that they are hot in the middle
