@rosesandcashmere if you download the my Nintendo app you link it to you game and use your phone to type messages out. You can also voice chat with it but I swear like a sailor. Using the Nintendo app to chat is way way easier and quicker than using the switch screen

Finally caught a bloody sturgeon

I've spent the last 2 hours clearing an island to get the tarantulas to spawn, there's now a huge collection of them outside Nook's to trade in tomorrow.

I'm looking forward to seeing what new creatures arrive for April.

I feel left out not visiting other islands! We’re getting faster internet in a week or so, hopefully it won’t crash then.

I left everything there except my net so have a lot of crafting to do tomorrow.

I did the tarantula island trick but didnt manage to fill my bag (got about 9 of them) as it was shattering my nerves. I'm still so scared of a tiny pixel spider haha!

I find it easier just to run about catching butterfly on my own island. The blue ones are worth 4k and the greenyblack ones are worth 2. And the orange stinkbugs...800 I think. Just plant lots of flowers.

@Gertie75 I seemed to have maxed out at 25. No more were appearing. If you're still around and able, I have a bug loving Dragon on my island right now who will pay 12k per tarantula if you want to come over and sell?

Found something out today. Use Nook online shopping 100 times and you get a phone app which lets you purchase things without needing to go to Resident Services.

Nook shopping is just buying stuff you have already bought though isn't it? Or do you mean the nook miles section too? (Travel tickets ect)
