What's your fave milk alternative?

I want to move away from cows milk but not sure where to start, there are so many options! I usually have cereal or porridge a couple of times a week, not a big coffee drinker but I do like some milk when I have a cup. What's your favourite milk alternative in terms of flavour/consistency?

Minor Figures Barista or if I run out, Lidl's oat one is nearly as good.

Where do you buy pistachio milk from please?

Can't believe no one has mentioned rice milk!!
I used to get the Aldi oat milk but now I prefer rice milk although it's more expensive now

Sometimes I have Alpro oat milk in the fridge which dd will have left, after a visit. It is nice, creamy in tea a bitlike the milk we used to get when we were kids (60ish years ago!). I haven't had the chance to try any others yet but I quite like the idea of almond milk too.
