Made these cakes for the children today using marshmallow frosting (aquafaba).

Just made these cheese biscuits using asda grated mozzarella

Haha not great for the waistline but reassuring for someone just starting out that loves baking, keep sharing.

Can you post the choc chip cookie recipe please?

This is the cookie recipe I use. I use vitalite but the new flora buttery tastes just like the expensive naturali spread. Also asda dark choc chips are suitable and the silver spoon dark choc chips which are two for £1 in b&m .

A triple layer chocolate cake I made to send in for my son's class to share.

This was my first vegan cake it tasted great and went down a treat even with the non vegans in my house

A cake I've made today (Will take more photo's once it's been sliced). Triple layer black forest, chocolate chip cherry cake with black cherry and chocolate ganache filling. Covered in buttercream with a chocolate drip, cherry buttercream and black cherry pie filling in the centre.

Victoria sponge for my sons birthday (I know it doesn't look recipe book worthy but it was absolutely amazing!)

Pain au chocolat loaf cake cookies and brownies, the latter 2 are a favourite with my omni family
