Having now done some research, Mr Nash was merely a person contacted by the organisers to obtain planning for change of use.
Lapland New Forest Director is Victor Mears and according to Companies House their address is:-

Don't you people understand?!! I cannot believe so many of you are moaning saying "how can this rip off be allowed" - this is BRITAIN! Why bother going? Xmas is about Jesus anyway (oh no!! Did I actually say the "J" word... quick, censor me!!!) but we don't want to know about that, especially in modern UK in case we offend terrorists etc.. so we stick to the Father Xmas nonsense, lapland, huskeys, God knows what else... then you get conned and you cant understand "how" it's allowed to happen? Do you have faith in your local council? Govt? Mr Brown? That awful party called Labour? The UK has no laws to stop this thing happening... sorry.. live with your mistakes, next time you wont be so quick to rush off and pay for the kids to learn "magical tosh" - maybe take them to church once in a while or something (oops I said it again). If you are bringing kids into this world, you need to smarten up, for their sakes. Either that or go round to the guy's house who started it (address in Brighton can be found on this thread) and beat him up with a pitchfork/set fire to his dog or something.

Just been apologising to the rugrats for Mummy being a cheapskate and now have been talked around to going to the real Lapland next year,instead of some hole in the middle of dorset

I feel for the people who have booked hotels which I will add the park recommended,thankfully I declined as we only live a couple of hours away but some people were travelling from miles away,even large coach parties of social and sports clubs,its fantastically amazing how so many of us were conned but a few grubby fairground workers,but someones going to have a very merry xmas courtesy of all our money.

We didnt know they owned a funfair next door it was advertised as a caravan park in the new forest,if Id had know that I would of also known that this had pikey written all over it
