Is tutoring for 3+ 4+ 5+ 7+ now the norm?

In my previous support thread there is alot of discuss about this and also if tutoring is now required once the child has gained a place so that they can keep the place.

What are your thoughts and rcperirnces?

ReallyTired why would it be interesting to know whether black kids walk earlier than white or Asian kids? That was a very interesting comment by you.

In the UK private tutoring has grown in popularity and yet we lag behind other countries and continue to fall behind in terms of academic attainment. Why is that?
