Couldn't open your link so not sure if they are what you are looking for but try Great little trading Company (GLTC).

Shybairns · 17/08/2012 16:46

Can't see the link, but have you looked at the kidkraft web site? Or Bambino goodies.

stoooooopidpigeon · 17/08/2012 16:48

Can't see the link either but we have a red retro kitchen from Kidcraft and it's great

SunWukong · 17/08/2012 16:49

Ikea?

They are the only ones I know that do wooden kitchens

stealthsquiggle · 17/08/2012 16:51

No idea if this is what you are looking for, but we have hadthis one for 4 years and it's really solid and good quality and the DC play with it a lot.

stealthsquiggle · 17/08/2012 16:53

Ah - C&P'ed the link.

You'll be wanting this

blueberryboybait · 17/08/2012 16:56

Amazon have almost the exact thing but only in pink!

NiceCupOfTeaAndASitDown · 17/08/2012 16:57

I'm making one for DS from an ikea lack table (£5) and some hooks/knobs/coasters for hob rings. Have a look at the ikea hackers website or Google 'make wooden toy kitchen' for ideas, much cheaper and original

Crazy4U · 17/08/2012 16:59

IKEA do one for a reasonable price. My DD (17mth) loves hers and the pots&pans.

tattyteddy · 17/08/2012 20:07

Thanks everyone, I'll have a look at the suggestions. Your suggestions look great, I've tried again with the link item.mobileweb.ebay.co.uk/viewitem?itemId=230590404713

I think the search for this toy kitchen stems from me wanting and never getting, an al'carte kitchen when I was a kid, they were totally sold at one Christmas! Sad xxx

Also good idea about making one, I'll have a look and see if I could manage it! You're right nice cup it would be cheaper. Xx

i have one almost exactly the same! we got it from elc but this was a few years ago now, the closest thing i can think of is the retro one that gltc do :)

5madthings · 17/08/2012 20:33

www.elc.co.uk/Wooden-Diner-Kitchen---Blue/134190,default,pd.html

this seems to be their new version of it.

maybe google elc retro kitchen and you may find one on ebay.

we have had ours for 3 or 4 yrs? and its surving the use of 5 dcs really well, fits perfectly under our stairs and the children all love it :)

this is the gltc one, we origionally planned on getting this one but it was out of stock so went with the elc one which you cant get anymore, but the gltc one is very similar, its red, and very funky! :)

tattyteddy · 17/08/2012 20:35

Thanks 5mad, I've tried to persuade ELC to restock it! It's such a lovely one, I'm sure it would be popular. Perhaps I should get myself a job with them as a buyer!

it is really really lovely and as i say has withstood lots of use, i am sure i will be able to sell it on when mine are too big for it, but tho my eldest is almost 13, my dd is only 20mths and her and ds4 (yrs) and ds3 (7yrs) both still play with it loads :) if you can get one they are great :)

plus the fridge/freezer is great for storage of all the play food and cooking toys etc :)

DorisIsWaiting · 17/08/2012 20:40

Little tykes do one if that's any good here

Shoshe · 17/08/2012 20:41

As a Childminder, I found this was the best one I ever had although JL dont seem to do it anymore

5madthings · 17/08/2012 20:42

this one is almost identical but its pink and doesnt have the fridge freezer but the kitchen is literally exactly the same and its running out of time on bids, no bids so far!

this one has the fridge freezer as well but it is also pink! and £150! tho i think we paid about that, cant remember tho as it was an xmas present from grandmparents.

trixymalixy · 17/08/2012 20:45

We have the JL red one. I bought it off eBay for £30.

mummysmellsofsick · 17/08/2012 20:49

These ones are my favourites of all. I'm going to save up for one whether DS likes playing cooking or not!

5madthings · 17/08/2012 20:52

there are quite a lot of the red gltc and elc ones on ebay, lots or collection only. but there are some bargains on there, i cant find a blue elc one tho :(

5madthings · 17/08/2012 20:53

there are some nice john lewis ones on ebay as well :)
