Apologies if this has been done to death but I’m pretty late to the game with all things protein.
I lift several times a week and have for years, but have never really gone deeply into how much protein that I consume, but as I approach my mid 50s and, as a vegetarian, I’m thinking that I could probably benefit now by adding a protein powder into my diet, but I have no idea where to start.
I’m obviously looking for a plant based, unsweetened variety but there are so many to choose from and they’re not cheap! So would really appreciate some recommendations.
