Weight traning planning app reccomendations

Can anyone recommend an app to plan and track a new weightlifting routine at a gym?

I've got the free trial for the Built by Science one, which looks really good, but it's also £80 a year after the trial ends. Is there anything similar that is free/cheaper?

I use Gym Shark. You can build your own plans a and there are plans/workouts already in there. It's free

I've just started using Hevy. I use the paid version as you only get 4 (or something) customisable workouts with the free one but it isn't expensive IMO. So far so good. Couple of extra things I'd like to see it do but it does include some pre-set calisthenics exercises which other apps I have tried don't. I'm going to test it for a couple of months and may then pay then get the lifetime sub.

Interested in this…I’m using Strong which I think is an Apple app, designed to use with the Apple Watch.

it’s great for logging workouts (and checking what weights I’ve used before etc) but it’s clunky with garmin / strava. I can only see the actual workout in the app itself, garmin only works if I record it separately as a workout.

tbh, I’m annoyed at garmin - have just bought a new watch but as I’m doing less cardio it thinks I’m resting or having an “easy day” Biscuit

do other apps integrate better?
