Keiser resistance machines - does anyone know anything about them??

Regular poster on Weight lifting support threads, but NC. I'm currently working abroad, and staying in an apartment complex with a small gym - no free weights or barbells <sob>

There are Keiser resistance machines, but I can't work out how to convert the machine resistance reading to kilos or pounds. I like to keep on track with my weights & progression, although I'm resigned to just maintaining my basic warm up weight while I'm travelling. But it'd be nice to know what resistance that feels tough translates to in kilos.

Anyone know? A google search just throws up Reddit threads asking much the same question ...

How frustrating!

I’ve never come across these machines and have no idea how you would convert or compare the weights. Perhaps you will just have to go on feel for now? As in, you are having to put in the same effort as you would with free weights.

Have just looked at the video for the squat machine on a sales website, and the movement is all wrong 😑
