I love HIIT and good sessions of cardio at least 4x a week as my job is sedentary but at least 50% of these workouts leaving me dashing for the loo.
Like tonight for example, 30mins intermittent level 7-11 on the stair climber followed by 15mins treadmill sprints and I was planning to then do strength for 30mins, soon as I got on the shoulder press I had to get up and It was like the scene from Dumb and Dumber when Harry goes to the loo.
I do workouts at 6am if I cant go thad night (empty stomach too.) it happens then.
I do chug a lot of water (1-1.5litres) while working out so I don't know if that brings it on?
Im 39 and in good health etc, it's just embarrassing times.
Does anyone else get post-workout trotts?
