Just that really! I feel lost. I am 47. I can't get up in the morning and get to the gym on time. I just can't get up! I use to get up at 5am and I was so active. My hands hurt a lot and I feel a bit unstable too first thing.
I eat sugar all the time despite having plenty of healthy food around me.
I have had blood tests and all have come back fine. I have told my GP several times but she just offers me another blood test.
I feel like I have aged in the last 6 months and it's just so scary as I don't understand why I am like this.

@RoseJoker yes I agree I am menopausal but I feel I am just not getting any medical support.
I do definitely need to cut down on sugar and not give in to the cravings.

Yes I know I did and there are moments when I do but this feeling has just become so familiar for me now

And to add, I am looking forward to the future but I need to deal with my physical health. I spent my earlier years being depressed and alone. So a lot has changed for me as I've gotten older but my physical health is an issue

hi, I’m sorry you’re feeling like this. Have you tried HRT? My friend had similar joint issues and they went away overnight once she started on HRT. Also, magnesium is supposed to be good.

The sugar intake is definitely a thing so I would try to cut back on that. Increase your protein and drink plenty of water and try not to eat sugar until later on in the day. One thing that helps me is to push back my breakfast as long as I can. Sometimes I don’t eat until about midday. That really helps with my blood sugar levels.

I wouldn’t feel bad about not getting up to work out. I am definitely much more of an owl and used to force myself out of bed to do these early morning workouts but actually that just then felt exhausted for the rest of the day and it was sugar! Now I’ve accepted that I work out better a bit later on. I don’t beat myself up about it, it’s just my body works and that’s fine.
