Hello,

I've just signed up for a twice weekly crossfit class and have no idea what to expect. I have never been sporty/fit but now that I'm knocking 40 with 2 toddlers, I want to get in shape.

Will the first class kill me? I'm looking forward to getting started but dreading it at the same time.

A good CrossFit instructor will be able to give you some scaled options. Just go at your own pace, don't try to compete with anyone else. You'll probably find there's a good mix of different ages and fitness levels.

CrossFit is a great community and very supportive. It's a great way to get started in fitness and to challenge yourself. Good luck with your first class and have fun!
