PT left me! Where to start online?

My PT unfortunately can’t continue 4 weeks into our weights programme so I’ve been doing some bodyfit by Amy videos but I’m wondering if there are any better programmes out there for getting stronger and fitter. I used to go to the gym a lot about 5 years ago but have since had kids and have gained about 10kgs and feel rather flabby and weak. Goal is to be stronger and leaner. I have adjustable dumbbells at home (the crappy vinyl ones from Argos) and a 16kg kettle bell as I used to love kettlebell swings. I have to be careful with jumping/burpees!

I had started using soy and casein protein powders but is there anything else I should be taking? Currently doing 4-5x30 min videos a week.

thanks!

My PT said to me at the very beginning that "You can't out-train a bad diet." So taking extra protein is not going to help you lose 10 kilos ...

Can you ask your PT for a written programme, seeing as they've stopped so suddenly. Can you find another PT?

I'd be bereft if my PT couldn't continue - although I know there would be others almost as good at my gym.

Otherwise there are a couple of online providers I heard about here first:

Achieve Fitness, who are now Jason & Lauren Pak - you'll find them on Instagram as jasonandlaurenpak They do a fair bit with kettlebells.

The one I follow is MegSquats - but she's a proper powerlifter, not really kettlebells except as accessory work. But she's got a whole lot of free content on YouTube which might get you started.
