Started trying to lose weight in September. I do 16:8 fasting during the week. I have lost weight and gained muscle as also upped exercise. Started 99.2 Kg and today I’m 91Kg. I’m feeling a bit down about it as weight loss has slowed and I checked what was the normal range for a woman my height and I still have a whopping 12Kg to go. At this rate it’s going to take another year.
Starting a new job next week which is much more sedentary (at a desk) so will also have really up exercise to keep going. Just wanted a bit of moral support if anyone is in a similar boat.
