So since having both my girls now 2.5 and 6 month old, I've just weighed myself at 15.11 and tbh no words. I've always been around 11 stone due to my build. I've started calorie counting and set myself at 1200, I was probs having 2500 a day! We just lost my husband's MIL to covid, she wasn't even 50! So obviously realizing I need to be at my best for my children! I've been doing 30 min workouts and walking and just wondering if 1200 cals a day helped anyone lose weight?
