Have been doing a weights workout with a PT twice a week for the last 8months and for financial reasons need to move to doing it at home instead - I know how to align myself properly now but have heavily relied on her to just tell me what to do! Would like to do 2 workouts at home a week or either upper/lower body or pref two full body workouts targeting a different part each time (like triceps, chest and quads and then shoulders, biceps and glutes - throwing in abs after each workout) but would love some recommendations on maybe you tubers who take you through one of these workout targeting each area - any recommendations? I only have bands and dumbbells at the moment

I like Megsquats and Achieve Fitness, Boston (both on Insta & YouTube). You can join their paid-for programmes - Megsquats is dedicated to women and she is inspirational.

Can you stay as a member of a gym with free weights & proper squat racks & deadlift equipment?
