Need help to lose fast..

I'm so disgusted with myself.
I feel & look ugly.
I don't know who is looking back at me when I look in the mirror.
I need to lose this weight fast because it's not helping my current situation with my mental health.
Any idea please throw them my way!

Eat less food. It's the only way. Diets don't work.

Fast 800 - it's in the name. Hard for first 3 days then try and do it for 2-3 weeks.

Joining ww and stick to the daily points is what worked for me. The app is amazing, I lost 3 stone 3 years ago and I'm still at my goal. It's gone up now and then by a few pounds but I get it back within a few weeks.

Don't do the fast diet, you'll feel hungry and it won't do anything for your mental well-being.

If you stick to the points you will see results within a couple of weeks. Go for walks if you can and try an uphill walk if your able to do.

How much do you want to lose? If it’s around 2-3 stone then 1lb per week is a realistic goal. If you have more to lose you might manage a couple of pounds per week. Unfortunately as pp said, eating less is the only real solution.

You don’t “need to lose weight fast”. That’s a temporary solution to a longer problem.

Get temporary solutions out of your head. It’s about lifestyle change, not quick fixes.
