Just that really. I don't want to wait until Monday night if it's something important.

I've voted to reject. It's insulting.

I've got to admit I'm undecided. I'll probably vote reject but I'm sick of striking now.

I get we are all sick of striking, struggling with lost pay etc (don't forget to check out your local hardship fund if you need to) BUT it is worth bearing in mind that this offer is almost completely unfunded.

In a school with 150 teachers, to give the unfunded 4%, you'd have to find over £200,000 in the budget. I don't know any secondary school running that kind of surplus?

The only way this will be funded is through budget cuts and likely redundancies. How can anyone vote for an offer that will likely lead to redundancies?

I honestly feel it has to be funded properly or nothing.
