The royal family

If you don't believe the Sussex children are real....

... can you explain it to me? So many comments on media articles etc saying oh it's because the kdis aren't theirs, they're actors, they have no kids, they just rent them for photos.

Archie was born in England, the Royal family met him, she was photographed with a tiny baby.
Do you think it was a doll or someone was paid to hand over their baby for a photo?
Who are these people who rent our their kids for photos? Why don't they sell their exclusive story for millions?
Why has no one around her, or where the kids reportedly educated, done the same?
What happens when the "kids" become adults and can't reasonably be kept out of sight? Will they "kill" them off, come clean or adopt a couple of fake actors to play the role?

It’s clearly a bonkers theory. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone on here supporting it.

There have been loads of posts on here saying the bumps were fake, the bumps moved weirdly and changed size and shape daily so couldn’t be real, the children don’t exist. Then there was a whole thread where people speculated Meghan was pregnant with a third child but it turned out to be that she was wearing a belt for exercise. It’s madness. Some people are obsessed with her.

Lindy2 · 24/06/2026 13:00

Harry and Meghan do really invite conspiracy theories with their ridiculous approach to only showing photos of the back of the kids' heads and some of the obvious photoshopping that seems to occur.

I believe the children are real. However, I'm not 100% certain that Meghan gave birth to them.

I grew up in the Diana era. The absolute twaddle that was written about her until immediately after her death when she was canonised immediately and her entire history rewritten. I was in London around her funeral, I have never witnessed a turn around like it from devil to the princess of hearts over night, the crazy towards her died out

Oh, I don’t know there were all sorts of conspiracy theories about her death - Prince Philip had her bumped off was a popular one.

Daft conspiracy theories are nothing new.

LipglossAndLies · 24/06/2026 13:10

As usual people blame them its their fault they invite this ... blah blah. Noone takes personal responsibility or accountability for what they write. Noone forces them to make those comments.

It's a choice. Wish people would own it and say yes I don't like them/ hate them thats why I write awful things about them.

True, there are still people who actually believe that!

Quite.

Yes, no-one has to read a load of text that they think is a heap of crap.

I mean, I don’t waste my time on reading reams of lizard people crap - although it is occasionally amusing to dabble with what people like David Icke or Tom Cruise do actually believe and why.

And there is quite a bit of interesting academic research now into the origins and societal functions of conspiracy theories.

It's actually really interesting, isn't it? I had a lovely colleague who got into all of this nonsense, and he lost all his friends and became a recluse. Very sad.

Indeed. I wonder how such theorists explain the inconvenient fact of Diana not wearing a seatbelt that night? Harry’s ‘basically murdered’ narrative also doesn’t account for this.

It's a strange one. It was such a prosaic death for a famous person like Diana, she got into a car with a drunk driver and didn't wear a seatbelt. Various experts have said that had she done so, she would have survived (like the bodyguard).
However, people like to think it must be something more dramatic than that, because of who she was.
The myths endure.
I think it would help Harry to engage with a good psychotherapist who would help him to accept that.

Whyarentmysquashesthriving · 24/06/2026 13:23

I haven't heard this, but I have heard online rumours that the pregnancy was faked and Meghan used a surrogate. I suppose because that is a fairly common choice with women in Hollywood.

Personally, I respect them for protecting their children's privacy.

As I said we are all responsible for what we say. Lots like to pretend its criticism but alot isn't.

Alot is speculation, these people have no insight into their finances, their daily life, who they hang out with, how often Doria is with them. They see minute snapshots into their life and exaggerate it out to full blown attacks as though it's a fact.

That isn't criticism.

The Harry and Meghan era so far is mirroring Diana for its never ending level of crazy it attracts. The level of vitriol and venom these two attract is so far beyond the pale.

The wisest move this pair made was to back away from this level of utter crazy and move else where.

So true about Diana, how she went from zero to hero (heroine?) over night.

Never heard these fake children rumours before.

BatchCookBabe · 24/06/2026 13:25

PMSL does anyone actually think this?!

BatchCookBabe · 24/06/2026 13:26

If you see hate, report it, it's against talk guidelines.

Mixedmix · 24/06/2026 13:27

I’ve heard that Meghan used donor eggs/surrogacy for one or both pregnancies. I know Meghan is half white but the children are very fair. They don’t look mixed race. I’m mixed race and have a mixed race child.

AbsoluteHoot · 24/06/2026 13:27

They’re the same mentalists who think Meghan faked her pregnancies.

And people wonder why they left the UK…

No, I haven't either, but there's someone claiming that the minutiae of their lives gets blown up and dissected, but there's nothing you can do about certain parts of the internet. That's what some people do.

IME couples who have one mixed race person and one white, tend to have children that just look white. They are 75% white, so it's not a stretch to believe Harry and Meghan's children would look mostly white. And yes, even 'fair.' Harry is ginger and very fair skinned.

Where did you 'hear' that Meghan and Harry used donor eggs? What extremely reliable source was it? Wink

I read that the real Paul McCartney died years ago and this one is an imposter! A bit wild, but quite entertaining as these things go.

They didn’t though. They wanted ‘half in, half out’ - they put it on their website.
